KIDS AND FAMILY FITNESS
Kids will gain an understanding of basic human anatomy and physiology. Each child will gain proper form and function for goals they are trying to achieve through customized and proper exercise regimen.Understanding proper nutrition and the importance of well-balanced meal plans.
Daily Lessons are done so that individuals have an understanding of how the human body works. These lessons can take on form of how the body works.
With family fitness or P.E. style classes, we focus on the core development of the student or even coaching parents on how to introduce fun activities while still exercising. Much like a P.E. class of standard schools, there will be programmed activities set for one-week to two-week intervals. What each class intervals entail is beginning with warms ups and stretches. Interacting with the kids to get them into them ready for the exercises that will lead them into the activities. For example: For a week of playing soccer, the child will begin with their class stretching and the exercises would most likely involve a mixture of body-weight exercises like squats, then work on the agility ladder and other foot work related exercises. Finally, at the end of the class we would practice soccer drills as well as play a small game of soccer.
Each class last approximately 45 minutes
Parents involved in their child’s fitness lifestyle tend to learn to curb behaviors as well and also very much benefit of interacting with their kids during this exercise time and is highly recommended.
